I teach mindful movement classes that link conscious breathing with a gentle flow of stretches. I intentionally design the sessions to honor all levels of experience and physical ability. Creating space to rest or flow. Modifications and alternatives are always available.
My intention is to create a peaceful place for people to honor the connection between their mind, body, & spirit without feeling any expectation or judgement.
I also offer private sessions weaving Yoga, Reflexology, and Sound healing.
