I teach mindful movement classes that link breath with a gentle flow. I intentionally design the sessions to honor people at all levels of experience and physical ability. Modifications and alternatives are always available.

There is space to rest while others flow. My intention is to create a peaceful space for people to honor the connection between mind, body, & soul without feeling any expectation or judgement. 

 I invite you to come together in community while also honoring your individual needs. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one! 

I also offer private sessions weaving Yoga, Reflexology, and Sound healing.
