I teach gentle Yoga classes for all ages and abilities. My intention is to create a space for people to honor their bodies and find peace and relaxation in their minds.
A place to honor your authentic self while finding community & connection.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one. Chairs also available.
No experience is necessary. By Donation
I also offer private sessions that weave Yoga, Reflexology, and Sound healing to assist the mind and body in releasing tension and stress and create a deep state of relaxation.
